Ethics Training
Our Ethics Training is based on The Seven Layers of Integrity® model, which provides a basis for teaching business and professional ethics.
We provide this training in any of the following formats:

- Half day, instructor facilitated, workshop for groups

Self Study Courses
We developed a self study course for the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE). Based on our model, The Seven Layers of Integrity®, the course satisfied the CE Ethics requirement for licensed engineers in the State of Texas. The Seven Layers of Integrity ® Model
The Seven Layers of Integrity ® is our model for discussing and analyzing ethical issues.
Participants can see themselves as agents of the company and its culture. They will examine ethical issues surrounding all aspects of business operations from legal and regulatory requirements to community relations and involvement in society at large.
Our instructor facilitated workshops emphasize active class participation, small group breakout sessions and case studies.
Illustrative examples are taken from the real world experience of the course developers and faculty as well as current events.
The ethics concepts presented in our training can be readily disseminated to employees of all levels.
Our Faculty
All of our workshops are lead by professionals with a minimum of twenty years of experience. Our facilitators have worked for and consulted to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries. All of them have had extensive classroom leadership experience.
